- Booking: Booking is preferably at least 3 weeks beforehand, but up to 10 days is possible.

- Catering Agreement: When Yukari and the customer agree the proposed menu and price, a catering agreement is signed.

- Down payment: 30% of the total price is requested to be paid within 7 days after the contract date. If down payment is not received on time, Yukari has the right to cancel the assignment.

- The remaining balance: The remaining balance to be payable no later than 14 days after the event.

- Cancellation: Customer may cancel the party without any cost up to 5 days before the date of the party. Up to 4-3 days before, 50% of the down payment to be refunded. Up to 2 day before, no refund of down-payment. Cancellation 1 day before or on the day of the party, 80% of total price to be charged. In case of cancellation, the customer has to inform Yukari by telephone as soon as possible,email has to be sent immediately after.

- Reduced number of guest: Customer may inform Yukari of a reduced number of guests being present than was originally foreseen, up to 2 days before the day of the event. The invoice will be reduced accordingly. In any other case, the customer will be charged the original rate.

- Food quality: Yukari gurantees the quality of her service and the ingredients to be used. She assures these ingredients remain in good condition until their use for the party. The customer takes over these responsibilities once Yukari has left.

- Liability: Yukari is never liable for damage caused by the customer, or by his guests or by third parties. Even if the claim from the customer is correct and awarded/accepted, the amount that the customer will get is always limited to, the amount of the agreement singed between Yukari and the customer, or the amount that Yukari”s insurance company says the damage really is (after investigation), whichever is lowest.
